While the receptionist ladies where very kind when I arrived, I was very disappointing with the attitude for dr. Vincze Gábor. It not a free service. I booked a consultation for almost 50,000.-HUF, I was instructed to arrive at least 15mins prior. When I did, I had waiting for 25mins, then the doctor walks out of his room casually, walks past me without a single word and proceeds to the kitchen to have lunch. I know he went for lunch, cause just prior the food delivery guy arrived and they told him his food was there. I understand people can run late (previous appointment), but it is incredibly rude not to even give an apology. I drove a long way. You expect me to pay to wait on you having your lunch after I had already waited 25+mins. I just got up and walked away. No mater the competence, if you don't have basic cordiality then you already failed. Better find another place that respect their clients at least a little bit. And they had my email, did not even follow up with any apology. Just in-case they do reply here, it means they only care about saving face in public.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the professional care I received at your clinic. Assisting staff were attentive, patient, and highly skilled. All my questions were answered thoroughly, and I felt safe and well cared for throughout the examinations. Please note: This is Crawford Mary Ann responding (mail mix-up). I felt Dr. Puskas' physical examination and the consultative inquiry was excellent and more thorough than a previous rheumatology consult. I would highly recommend her.

This was a follow-up visit. As previously, the administration was very good, with an easy booking system and clear reminders. Dr Puskás, is really thorough and attentive. I highly recommend the service.
