Megalázóan viselkedtek velem, amikor egyébként udvariasan elvittem egy gyűrűt javításra, amit egyébként ott vettem. Miután kétszer elvitték az ötvösükhöz új foglalat miatt, közölték, hogy nem vállalják. Utána hívtak, hogy mehetek a gyűrűért, visszaadják. Elmentem érte, nem volt az üzletben a gyűrű. Elnézést sem kértek, majd hívnak, ha visszakerül az üzletbe. Rá egy hétre bementem, pedig még nem hívtak, szó nélkül odaadták, szintén egy bocsánatkérés nélkül. Összesen 4x voltam ott a semmiért, ez etikátlan és udvariatlan viselkedés üzleti és emberi oldalról is. Azóta más ötvös megjavította, szó nélkül a gyűrűt…

Etikátlan eladók/tulajdonos. Garancián belüli javítást kimagyarázzák, hogy miért nem javítják! Olyan ékszert árulnak, mely 1 hónap után szétnyílik, elszakad. Nem ajánlom senkinek az itteni vásárlást!
