The first time I went it was amazing. I loved my layers and my new fringe. It grew out so nicely as well. The second time I went yesterday, I had a different lady who butchered my fringe. It’s all wonky and longer on the right than the left. It’s super short and she made it thinner, so much so, I feel like I have no hair left. It won’t sit on my head properly now and is poking out everywhere even after styling it. I told the hairdresser I didn’t like it and she just kept cutting until I had enough and just left the salon. I got home and my sister laughed at my cut and I tried everything to style it but it’s ridiculous. I now feel like I have a spiky, uneven, wonky fringe and the lady didn’t listen to anything I was saying.

Absolutely amazing salon! I had a fantastic experience. Being on holiday in Budapest I heard about this famous salon and was a bit nervous as I normally do not go to the hairdressers in a foreign country but it was an amazing experience! Bianka Czakó is a very talented Master Artist Hairdresser and she made me feel comfortable right away. She and the owner of the shop, Zsuzsanna Galgóczy, took their time to discuss the options, colours and process with me and I was blown away by the result. Before my hair was very dark and looked worn out, afterwards I felt like a moviestar. My hair feels and looks beautiful. An absolute MUST when in Budapest to visit this salon!
