Very nice and clean place with plenty of space to exercise. The equipments are in great condition, the staff is kind and helpful, and the location is convenient. A pleasant and motivating environment — I really enjoy coming here and can definitely recommend it!

Friendly well equipped gym at a good price. Also open most national holidays too which is really convenient. Has all the equipment you'll need and is not overly busy in the mornings.

Best gym in the area. NR fitness website is broken, John Reed is too. This gym has everything you need with a great functional fitness area. Perfect gym!

Good training devices, good space to train with lots of weights it’s a complete gym but the music is crazy loud and when people ask to put it lower they don’t want or act as they do, so it’s impossible to be concentrated on your training or to listen your own music... the training area is clean but the changing room are not always.

I visited Templet Wow for the first time today and was very impressed. It is a light, airy gym in a spacious environment and with a huge array of machines and weights, all spaced out really well. The staff were friendly and knowledgable and spoke good English. It is just two stops up from Margaret Bridge and easily walkable too (for added fitness!). The purpose of my visit was because I needed to find a Personal Trainer - now I have a good Personal Trainer and a new gym to attend all at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend.
