Arrival very quickly after sending them the photos of the door and the lock via sms. He told me the prices on the phone (commuting fee, work fee and the range of new locks) and offered me 5 different options as the new lock. Very professional work and satisfactory service. Thanks Milan for your help.

Avoid This Locksmith Company - They Scam Tourists! Our experience with this locksmith company was terrible. After our key card broke, we had no choice but to call them for help. This is what happened next: 1. Exorbitant Fees: They charged us €140 for a job that took only 3 minutes. This rate is excessively high compared to the typical locksmith fees in Budapest, which usually range from €30 to €100. 2. Tourist Scam: Silly us told them that we need acces in the room asap otherwise we will lose our flights. It was later clear for us that they take advantage of tourists in distress by charging outrageous fees. 3. Lack of Transparency: There was no upfront disclosure about their exorbitant rates even though we asked them 5 times before the job was done. They left us with no choice but to pay after the job was done. Besides, one of the guys FOLLOWED ME to the ATM to make sure I withdraw the money, while my girlfriend was still in the room with the other guy. He even sat next to me at the cash machine. 4. Unprofessional Service: Despite the quick job, the overall experience was extremely negative due to the unreasonable charge. Do yourself a favor and avoid this locksmith company.
