Located at Budapest, Kossuth Lajos utca 33, 1203, ALDI operates as a supermarket or grocery store serving Budapest District XX. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Google also tags it under diszkontáruház, which is worth knowing if you are comparing several options in the area.

Supermarket chains such as Tesco, Spar, Lidl, Aldi, Penny, CBA and Coop usually open Monday to Saturday from 6:00 or 7:00 to 20:00–21:00, with shorter Sunday hours, and many towns have a nonstop shop open around the clock. Tobacco may only be sold in Nemzeti Dohánybolt shops, and only to adults over 18. Grocery stores are busiest on Friday afternoons and before holidays, above all Christmas and Easter, and calmest on weekday mornings.

According to Google, ALDI keeps these hours: Mon–Thu 7:00–21:00, Fri closed, Sat 7:00–21:00, Sun 7:00–19:00. That makes 6 working days a week. The hours include Sunday, though most shops in Hungary close on public holidays. Expect changes around holidays such as Christmas Eve, Christmas, Easter and 20 August, and call first if you are making a special trip. The listed phone number is +36 80 088 264. It is shown in international format with the +36 country code, so it works from Hungary and from abroad alike; within Hungary you can also dial 06 instead of +36. Its website is aldi.hu, where you may find prices, details of what it offers or booking options.

With 4.0 out of 5 on Google from 424 reviews, it sits in the middle of the range; the detailed comments usually say more than the score about service, prices and waiting times.
