Very bad experience we had at this place, we wanted to buy a big tortoise for 48000 huf and first the girl working there said it can't be bought alone it should be bought with another smaller one because it will die alone, then I told her but I have a tortoise they don't need to live in pairs, then she said ok it's because they share the same cites paper, I told her can you ask the manager if we can just buy the big one, she said ok, then came back saying yes you can take it. Then 2 minutes later, she said no you need to take both of them together and stated they both have the same price!! and in tortoise world the smaller ones are always much cheaper and they wanted to scam us, then she said we can give 10% discount then 20% all their communication was very bad, like they didn't know or understand their job. Horrible place with very unprofessional team!

The basics can be found here but don't expect great variety of e.g. food. Some of the staff are friendly and helpful. Met a guy, who was mostly helpful, which is ok for me, but I know a lot of people are offended by this kind service. I think some of the accessories or supplementaries are far overpriced. I'm still visiting this ace because it's close to me.

Not a very large shop. Good in a pinch if you need bowls, leashes, or small animal needs (reptiles, birds) but I'd look elsewhere for most of your dog/cat needs.

The stuff is super-helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Prices are average for the segment but the opening hours are a huge pro! I'm as satisfied as I can be! Ps. Those who are visiting Hungary from South America, the guinea pigs are considered pets, not finger foods ;)

A really well maintained place and one of the few places that sell hedgehog food. However the staff spoke almost no English
