We drove 40 minutes for a 1:30 PM appointment with their specialist, but unfortunately, we had to leave after waiting nearly two hours without being seen. Because it was a workday, we simply couldn't wait any longer. Veterinary emergencies and delays are completely understandable, but the total lack of communication was the real issue. We weren't given any updates or timelines, and we eventually had to knock on the door just to check in. A quick heads-up would have gone a long way. While I don't doubt their medical skills, the lack of communication makes it hard to return, so we'll be finding another vet for our cat's care.

Doctors speak good English, the vet has it’s own lab and needed equipment for investigations, which is very helpful. The waiting area is not great and usually very crowded which creates additional stress for the animal.
