1 star. I paid 49,000 HUF for a dermatology consultation for my dog, who has been suffering from widespread skin lesions for over 1.5 months affecting her thighs, legs, back, chest, and all four paws. Before the appointment, I had already been using chlorhexidine products and Nizoral (ketoconazole) shampoo with only partial improvement, and I made this clear during the consultation. No skin cytology, skin scrapings, fungal culture, or any other diagnostic tests were performed. The examination consisted mainly of looking at the skin and using a Wood's lamp. Despite explaining that I was already using these products, I was prescribed the same chlorhexidine treatment and Nizoral shampoo that I already had at home. I understand that specialist expertise has value, but after paying 49,000 HUF, I expected a more thorough diagnostic approach or at least a clear explanation as to why no further tests were considered necessary. I left with the same treatment I had already been using and without answers as to why my dog's condition persists. Very disappointing experience.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I had a big help with my cat teeth. It was a lady, don't remember her name. But ultrasound is extremely expensive. 46 k for abdominal one, this is insane. So I'd recommend to be selective about the services here. There are a lot of private vets with better reviews and cheaper prices.

I’m extremely grateful for the care we received this weekend! I brought my dog in, and the team treated us with endless patience and kindness. They answered all my questions thoroughly and provided helpful advice along with all the necessary information. It’s clear they’re not only experts but genuinely care about both the animals and their owners. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

We went there for an ultrasound medical check for our dog. Check in was smooth, they called us on time. We are satisfied with the explanation provided after the check. The campus has a really nice park. While walking there the time waiting for the results passed fast. They have a few free parking spaces for guests, we got lucky and found a free parking space there. The guest parking space is a bit tight, it is not so easy to park/get out.
