Bunkók, gusztustalan kioktató hangnemben beszélnek az emberrel. Rábeszéltek nem szükséges dolgokra, majd nem vették vissza. És ezt nem lehet normálisan közölni. Sok éve járunk oda, de tuti nem fogunk többet. Felháborítónak tartom, hogy beteg és kiszolgáltatott emberekkel ilyen stílusban képesek beszélni. Felháborító.
