Their next-day delivery service has been getting worse and worse. It used to be reliable, you could place an order one day and receive it the next. Over the past six months, though, deliveries have often been delayed by two or even three days. At that point, you may as well just go to another shop and buy it there yourself.

Dear Alza, Your service has been extremely disappointing. I ordered a digital scale, but instead I received virtual reality glasses. I immediately opened a complaint and returned the glasses to you. I expected that within a few days you would send me the correct item that I purchased. Instead, a few days later I received an email about order cancellation. I am NOT cancelling my order. I want you to fulfill your obligations and send me the correct item that I bought. I do not want to wait a month for this issue to be resolved. Please confirm when the correct product will be shipped. Case number: AVRA26273134 --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update Besides the negative case, I also had many positive experiences with Alza. Over time, I decided to update my review to 4 stars.

I went there to claim a complaint and it was easy process. They informed me that it might take up to 3 weeks to get my item fixed and shipped to my address. Good experience so far!

Great online store that happens to have a brick and mortar facility as well where you can pick up your online orders, drop off damaged or broken merchandise and handle warranty issues, replacements, etc. In store shopping is also available. A lot of the processes are computerized and touch screen help you navigate them.
