Hiteles, magasan képzett és nagyon kedves jóga tanárok vannak, a hét minden napján. Gyógytornász Andi kiváló szakember. Van gerincjóga és erősítő gyakorlás is. Ide belépni maga a nyugalom és felépülés. Nemcsak mozgás, de életmód tanítás is van. Gyógynövények ismerete, főzés tanítás, de dalkör is. Itt képződnek az Anaya jógaoktatók is. Gyermek programok, farsang, sok minőségi együttlét tere.

Nagyon szeretem, az oktatók hitelesek, megbízhatóak. A hely pedig a nyugalmat és a békét árasztja. Családias, kiscsoportos!
