This company was advertising / pushing for the first online order promising a 10% discount using the 10AKCIO code. At the checkout, in spite of applying the code, the promise wasn't kept. The company was notified twice (even on the order itself), requesting the due correction. However, no result: no feedback, no reply, no solution, no customer service, no reimbursement.
