Két éve kezdtem jógázni az Antaranga Jógaközpontban. Sosem gondoltam, hogy 40 felett fogom megtanulni a fejen és kézenállást. És sikerült :-) A legnagyobb türelemmel és egyénre szabottan mennek az órák. Saját ütemben haladhatunk, mindent megmozgat, felfrissít. És persze sosem marad el a jókedv és hangulat, miközben minden mozdulatra magyarázatot kapunk. Jó csapat és a legjobb oktató! 5+1*

Több, mint két éve látogatom a stúdiót, és nagyon szeretek ide járni. Trapp Laciék otthonos Iyengar jóga műhelyet építetették, mindenkire személyes figyelmek fordítanak, és remek a hangulat az órákon. Egy kisebb irodai baleset után egyéni terápiára is jártam, és sokat számított, hogy sok más jógastúdióval szemben itt olyanok dolgoznak, akik komoly anatómiai-terápiás ismeretekkel is rendelkeznek.
