Ma vettem pár ezüst gyűrűt, nagyon kedves és segítőkész a kiszolgálás, vannak olyan stílusban is ékszerek, amiket máshol nem nagyon találni. Nekem nagyon bejött. Az áraknál nagyon megéri az akciókat nézni, a allee-s kupon most pl. 40 százalék kedvezményt ad.

Lehetne jó hely, de nem az. A dolgozók állnak egyhelyben, nem csinálnak semmit. Akármilyen ékszert szeretnék venni nem tudják megmondani miből készült ami minimum lenne egy ékszerüzletben. Nem lehet megvenni a piercingeket mert nincs kirakva az áru amivel nem lenne semmi gond ha nem állnának ott hárman semmit téve. Megfontolnám az üzletvezető helyében hogy ha már fizetek három embert egyszerre akkor az egyiknek legyen érkezése kipakolni az árut.

A mai napon (2024.11.16) vásároltunk az üzletben. Egy vörös hajú eladó hölgy volt bent, elképesztően életunt, modortalan, legszívesebben emberek közé nem engedném. Míg bent tartózkodtunk, kétszer hívta valaki a mobilján, másodszorra felvette, és unottan mondta, hogy “pffff vannak bent, majd később beszéljünk”. Nagy kegyesen méltóztatott kinyitni az egyik vitrint, hogy megnézhessük az ékszereket, mindeközben érezhetően meghalt legalább háromszor. Ennyi erővel akár önkiszolgáló is lehetne az üzlet 😂 Remélem, a vezetőség hamarosan döntést hoz a további alkalmazásáról!

Terrible service and absolutely no consideration for the customer. They pieced my septum twice in a row and both times it turned out very crooked and definitely not centered. I left the store and cried immediately. I've never had such a bad experience getting a piercing before. They are completely unprofessional. Please if you're thinking of getting a piercing in budapest go anywhere but here.

22000 forint egy 14 karátos arany fülbevalóért amit április 30-án vásároltam. A mai nappal (május 16 ) pedig már használhatatlan.... Nagyon csalódott vagyok
