Very bad experience at the Rossmann store in Arena Mall today. The staff treated me unfairly and pressured me into buying a perfume that I did not open or use. I felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected by their behavior. Instead of helping customers, they made me feel accused and forced into paying. This is not acceptable customer service. I expected professionalism and respect, but I received the opposite. I do not recommend this store based on my experience

Used to visit frequently here. Find anything you desire - telecom service providers like Yettel and One, Kids play area, Restaurants, Cafe's, Clothing like Zara, Levis, Pepco, C&A, grocery like Spar, Beauty Care like dm. Accessibility is also good right before Tram Stop. :)
