When they came to install our doors, their workers refused to connect the frames to our walls with silicon, claiming that the walls are too crooked. This is absolutely false as seen by the photos. When I asked that they at least fix some of the frames where there is the least amount of work needed, they still refused to lift a finger or take any responsibility, just said it wasn’t their job and I was left with an ugly finish. Disappointong and unprofessional.
