Mindig segítőkészek az itteni gyógyszerészek, válaszolnak a kérdésekre, nem siettetnek. Szerintem az árak is jók, főleg ha használom a kedvezménykártyájukat.

Most januárban a szokásos gyógyszerek mellett vásároltam egy étrend kiegészítőt, amit egy hónappal ezelőtt vettem utoljára ugyanitt. A kártyás fizetésnél tűnt fel, hogy milyen sokat kell fizetnem. A gyógyszerek mellett ennek a terméknek az ára kb. 30%-al lett több, mint decemberben. Ezen az áron a három utcával odébb működő gyógyszertárban két dobozzal vehettem volna. Az árak a termékeken nincsenek feltüntetve.

Édesanyámmal szemben – amikor én nem voltam jelen – az ügyintéző hölgy emelt hangnemben beszélt, és megengedhetetlen, tiszteletlen viselkedést tanúsított. Velem szemben ugyan nem kiabált, de a stílusa végig lekezelő, flegma és udvariatlan volt, annak ellenére, hogy én végig nyugodtan, tisztelettudóan és normális hangnemben tettem fel a kérdéseimet. Az említett ügyintéző egy 160–170 cm körüli, szőke hajú, szemüveges, teltebb testalkatú hölgy volt. Úgy gondolom, hogy egy ilyen hozzáállás sem szakmailag, sem emberileg nem elfogadható

A dolgozokkal minden rendben, nagyon kedvesek, de aki a termékeket beárazza az szerintem nem normális. Mindenhol 6000 ft egy vitamin, itt 12000. Es minden borzalmasan drága. Felháborító! Sajnos ide többet nem fogunk menni mert pofátlan áraik vannak.

Sokan írják hogy egy hölgy alkalmazott gorombán viselkedik. Szerinten mindenki a szemüveges színes hajú hölgyre gondolhatott. Ma szerettem volna Bexsero oltást vásárolni náluk. Mikor lehúztam a sorszámot, már akkor láttam ahogy felvesz velem egy lekezelő szemkontaktust. Aztán sorra kerültem, mondtam hogy szeretnék Bexsero oltást, mire lekezelő módon közli velem hogy készlethiányos. Mondom neki szombaton még azt mondtak van, mire ő biztos nem. El is mentem azonnal.
