Great location, staff very helpful and friendly. Very good continental breakfast. Rooms good, with air-conditioning, although room only had window onto atrium, but only slept innit as always out. Room facilities excellent.

Very disappointing stay. The hotel is located in an area where homeless people regularly gather, which made the surroundings feel uncomfortable, especially in the evening. The air conditioning in the room was extremely noisy, making it almost impossible to sleep. However, turning it off wasn't really an option because the room became unbearably hot. To make matters worse, the only window in the room faced an internal corridor and couldn't be opened, so there was no fresh air at all. The shower was also poorly maintained. The glass shower partition would not stay in place and kept swinging shut while showering, making it very inconvenient to use. The breakfast was below average. I would rate it 3 out of 5. Some of the food did not look fresh or appetizing, and the overall quality was disappointing. Another major issue was the lack of staff at the reception during the evening and overnight hours. One night, a group of drunk young people wandered through the hotel, knocking on guests' doors and waking people up. There was no one at reception to deal with the situation, which made us feel unsafe. Unfortunately, the hotel staff were also not particularly friendly or welcoming, whi

Wonderful stay in Hungary! The hotel was cozy and the atmosphere was amazing. The best part was definitely the bread — every morning the smell of freshly baked bread filled the hotel, and it honestly made us happy just waking up to it. The breakfast was excellent. We also forgot to bring a wine opener, and the staff kindly lent us one without any hesitation. Small acts of kindness like that made the stay even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hungary!
