Probably one of the worst massages I’ve had in years. The massage was extremely rough and outright painful. I’ve had Thai massages for over 20 years and normally enjoy deep pressure, but this was simply torture. Afterwards, my shoulders were so sore it felt like the skin had been scratched off – I was even unable to wear a backpack. I booked 90 minutes for around £45, which is a fair price, but the service was absolutely awful. Three days later, I still have painful scratch marks that are only just starting to heal (see photos). I strongly advise avoiding this place if you don’t want to risk leaving with injuries. I would welcome a full refund, though I’m under no illusion these salons usually care about complaints.
