Honestly, the worst Pilates class I’ve ever attended. Been doing both mat and reformer Pilates for quite sometimes now but this was nothing like Pilates. We booked a mat Pilates class and the workout was more like mobility or spine training… and I’ve also done spine training before as well. so yes, I kinda feel cheated. Another issue was that the class was advertised for 12 people. There were 9 people in the room and we barely fit. Also, the room layout was just not it. The mattress barely stuck to the floor and kept slipping. We didn’t feel welcoming and we didn’t feel like it was worth our money. We came for mat Pilates and instead, we got mobility/spine training 😬
