I won't bother going given their attitude to those here in Budapest that struggle with the Hungarian language. as a Hungarian I am embarrassed by the likes of you 😾

We had an unusual problem which was a puncture to a pram wheel while on holiday in Budapest. Bálna bike was able to perform a repair very quickly and at a reasonable price. Very helpful.

Just tried to go in and check out the shop. The guy looked at me like I was the biggest jerk and nodded me off. Sign says open and is flashing. I tried talking and understanding but he didn’t care and pretty much shooed me out. Too bad. First time I’ve left a bad review but felt pretty compelled with how he treated me like a burden for the minute I was there.

Great stock of regular bikes, really helpful staff. They can order you in most things fast if they don't have in stock, really useful for downhill and road bikes. Mechanic is solid, reliable for advanced fixes.
