Kedves kiszolgálás, nagy választék. Külön tetszett, hogy nem csak velem, hanem az előttem lévő 80 év körüli hölggyel is nagyon nagy türelemmel bántak...pedig a hölgy nem volt egyszerű eset :))))

Beképzelt és lekezelő kiszolgálás a Vásárlókkal szemben. Érdeklődtem egy termékkel kapcsolatban. A válasz lezárós volt, és picit sem kedves. Jaj, nekem mennem kell, nem érek rá... Még hogy segíteni akart, meg se hallgatta a dolgot. Ide se megyünk többet!Remélem a többi Vásárlóval kedvesebbek, mert ez nagyon nem jó üzletpolitika. Ja, és általában az üzletekben többet szoktak rendelni mindenből, hogy Mindenkinek jusson!😊 Köszönöm megtisztelő válaszukat. Ez a fajta hangnem és stílusváltás ugye mennyivel másabb. :) Ha a telefonbeszélgetésünkre hivatkozva is így beszélt volna velem, nem írtam itt volna le a véleményem, hogy mit gondolok. A személyes üzletbe való bemenetkor nem is volt semmi probléma, kedves volt a hölgy. A telefonbeszélgetés stílusával volt a gondom, ami nem volt több 2 percnél. Nem akartam se untatni, se feltartani, én is egy olyan vevő vagyok, mint bárki más. Minden volt a válasz, csak udvarias nem. Ha meg Ön szerint annyian voltak a délelőtt folyamán az üzletben, nem kellett volna felvenni a telefont, és pláne nem a szavamba vágni, hogy na még valami? Ez aztán a roppant udvariasság. Még elnézest is kértem, hogy megmertem a nagy munkájaban zavarni, ellenben én ugye n

Remek kiszolgálás, gyors munka és nagyon segítőkészek. Nagyon szép termékek vannak és az áruk is remek. Több kéne az ilyen boltból. :) Valószínű többször is visszafogok térni ide.
