Went there for a prescription on antibiotics for me and my partner, was told not a problem, prescription given with the amount for only one person, mentioning the other to take as well. When complained, was advised to go fora GP for another prescription. 38K spent for this

Avoid visiting this horrible place at all costs!!! I came with a specific test request, which they have in their official test list, and they refused to treat me without a consultation (only because a different doctor I’ve been to has instructed me already to perform this specific test). I explained the situation nicely and logically, asking for understanding and help. I was treated horribly by both the doctor, who talked to me disrespectfully, as well as by the receptionist, who insulted me and yelled at me in front of other people and also cursed in Hungarian, thinking I don’t understand. All of this after they tried to fool me into conducting a test and add a ridiculous amount of consultation fee, that was not needed! The only sane and kind person was the staff member Tamás, who tried to be respectful and help, explaining me that I AM actually able to get my test done without extra unnecessary checks and costs! (Thank you so much for being professional and a human 🙏🏼). These kind of people should NOT treat patients, neither publicly nor privately!

I had an excellent overall experience at this clinic in Budapest, where I had three cysts removed. Dr. László Képíra was efficient, careful, and very clear in his communication, taking time to ask relevant questions, explain the procedure thoroughly beforehand, and then carry it out with great precision and attention to detail. He also provided clear aftercare instructions and made sure I felt informed and reassured before I left. The clinic itself was clean, modern, and very well presented, which immediately inspired confidence. The reception staff were also consistently friendly and helpful; both spoke excellent English, making the whole process smooth from check-in to check-out, and booking my follow-up appointment was simple and efficient. I’m pleased to say the procedure was successful, and all three cysts have healed excellently. Overall, the combination of professional medical care and well-organised support made for a very positive experience. I would absolutely return here and highly recommend it.

As a foreigner, I had a very good experience .the doctor that examined me (Dr Orsolya) was lovely, very kind and professional . Would like to mention in a positive way, Ezsther , one of the workers there, that did everything in her power to help me .

I have to mention that the doctors here are very professional doctors sometimes the best in their field in Hungary. Why 3 stars? The facility and the organization is making you feel that you are having a governmental free service but you are paying for it. The waiting list is enormous and when you arrive to your scheduled time they make you wait 10-30 minutes minimum. Who have time for that on a working day? They try to give you opportunity but something always make them loosing that schedule they did set up. Look into the schedule and change something because this is going on a very wrong truck. Honestly there are places with decent service where you see where does your money going but this is not like that. It would be 1 ⭐ 2 additional for the doctor's quality only. About the answer: If 15 minutes are not enough for a patient try to organize for 20. The quality of the doctor's and the quality of the service are equally important.
