I've been going to dance lessons there. The dance halls and floors are well arranged. There are many mirrors. :-) You can rent rooms of various sizes for private lessons, too. The owner is polite and helpful.

Recommended... ... if you need a place to practice. The Landlady is nice and helpful, even if the place itself is runned down. Still recommended.
