Zárás előtt estem be, abban a tudatban hogy már elhajtanak. Nem így történt. Kettő fiatalember szolgált ki. Eléggé sok minden kellett, de még véletlenül sem éreztem hogy nem barátsággal fogadtak volna. Szívesen járok ide, már amennyire szívesen lehet gyógyszertárba menni.😀

Taxis vagyok, idős utasom megkért hogy váltsak ki gyógyszert. Belépek, köszönök SEMMI reakció. Nagyon unottan kiszolgálnak....... ismét köszönök, ugyanaz az , semmi reakció!!! Felháborító hogy ezek az emberek viselkednek a vevőkkel! Nem vevőbarát Benu gyógyszertár, lehetőség szerint kerülje el mindenki ha nem akarja magát felidegesíteni!Sőt, panaszt fogok tenni a Benu központban, a minősíthetetlen viselkedésük miatt.!

Rendszeresen a felírt támogatott gyógyszermennyiségből (3 hónap) csak 1-2 hónapi adagot adnak támogatással. Az utolsó 2-3 adagot teljes áron fizettetik meg. Amikor rákérdezel a válasz: ennyi van a felhőben vagy nem vettük észre. A háziorvost felhívva viszont kiderűl, hogy ez nem igaz. A nagymamám által teljes áron kiváltott 2-3 hónapi adag árát visszadni persze "nem áll módukban" válasszal elintézik. Mi már messze elkerüljűk őket, mivel ez a probléma máshol (más gyógyszertárban) nem jelentkezik.
