Locsolásmérőt szerelt be a cég 2 nappal a megrendelés után. Pontos érkezés, precíz kivitelezés, gyors ügymenet. Fővárosi Vízművek partnerei közül egyértelműen a legjobb választás. Dezső kollégájuk asszertivitása külön pluszpont, őket hívjuk a továbbiakban is.

Kedd reggel 8 után hívtam az ügyfélszolgálatot, már másnap délutánra ígérték a locsolási mellékmérő cseréjét, majd szerda délután, 1/4 5-kor jött is a szerelő, aki 1/4 óra alatt készen is volt a cserével + minden kérdésemre válaszolt, és az ügyfélszolgálat által kedden mondott 39 100 Ft-ot kérte a munkáért!

Péntekre beszéltük meg, hogy kijönnek vízórát cserélni. Előtte többször is egyeztettünk telefonon, aztán nem jelentek meg, még csak le sem mondták, az ügyfélszolgálat pedig akkor már nem volt elérhető.

Vízóra cserét rendeltünk meg tőlük, azt a tájékoztatást kaptuk, hogy délelőtt jönnek. Utólag kiderült, hogy a délelőtt náluk 14:00-ig tart. Nyilván, megértem, ha ilyen idősávot tudnak csak megadni, de akkor se nevezzük délelőttnek a kora délutánt.
