Központunk 2008-ban nyitotta meg kapuit a belváros szívében, az Astorián. 250 m2 alapterületen kapott helyet a tágas, napfényes jógaterem, melyben állandó légcserével, friss levegő befúvással biztosítjuk a kényelmes gyakorlást.

A pihenő részben gyógyteával várunk, hogy ráhangolódhass az órára, gyakorlás után pedig friss gyümölcsöt kínálunk, ahol kicsit kifújhatod magad. Tágas öltözőinkben zuhanyzásra is van lehetőséged, melyhez a tusfürdőt és a sampont biztosítjuk számodra.

I highly recommend Bikram Yoga Budapest and Andy’s classes. The team is doing much more than teaching yoga—they are genuinely helping people improve their lives, both physically and mentally. Andy is an exceptional instructor and guide. His classes are always fully packed, yet he manages to create an atmosphere where everyone feels supported and motivated. His instructions are clear, professional, and encouraging, helping students of all levels get the most out of each session. What impressed me most is the dedication, energy, and care that Andy brings to every class. You can feel that he is passionate about helping people grow, become stronger, and develop a healthier lifestyle. If you are looking for a place to challenge yourself, improve your well-being, and be part of a positive community, I cannot recommend Bikram Yoga Budapest enough. The facility is spacious and clean, and the staff is friendly. Special thanks to Andy from Danny : Actually, it was my first time to be there and to try hot yoga. But, I could keep up with the course thanks to Andy. He is really attentive and professional. It became one of the good memories in Budapest, Hungary. I'd love to pay a visit again! (I was the only one Asian, fyi. Do not worry, every member is nice and open to newbies 😊)
