Nicolo Paggio 2 months ago

I was shopping for a new bike, i was interested in checking out, between other options, Pinarello since they are not available in the city I live in. At the beginning they were very friendly and helped me choose a size, then they asked me if i wanted to make sure and try it on the wheel, which i did for no longer than 5 minutes. Once I said that i'd like to think about it before i pull the trigger (on an €8500 bike) their demeanour completely changed and things got pushy and uncomfortable very quickly. they then demanded in a rude way that I pay 40.000 Forints.

Got a puncture and randomly came across this bike shop. Even though they were busy, the staff were fantastic they lent me all the tools I needed and saved my trip. Really thankful!

I recently ordered a Pinarello X5 online from this shop, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional—they kept me updated throughout the process, answered all my questions promptly, and ensured that everything arrived in perfect condition. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. It’s rare to find a shop that combines great prices with such outstanding service.
