All is good , except tonight the receptionist was rude ! I was stuck when I want to put the bracelet! The machine says something but I didn't understand ! He was talking in hungarian , I replied sorry I don't understand! And guess what ! He didn't bother himself to explain or even talk to me ! Like im not there ! Not even "sorry I dont speak English " !!! Thats not acceptable! Please let the ppl working there to be nice and communicate well with customer ! Thank you . Hope will never happen again for me or of anyone. Because its not the first time! Happened for my friends before.

My review is not the first one about rude and disrespectful receptionists but I am really hoping it will be the last one, because it is a big shame. This is a place for recreational activities, to enjoy your weekend not to ruin your day because of an extremely rude, unkind, impolite person who should never be anywhere near customer service. I guess it is their right to charge us for extra minutes for an "empty court when there is nobody in the line, when there are also 3 empty courts next to us", yeah I guess it is their right because every penny counts, but really where is the common sense? I must mention I used their service before and there were kind receptionists with common sense, so facing this suddenly was disappointing. She didn't try to cooperate, rather spoke her colleague in hungarian about us, and refused to provide her name to properly escalate the issue. We like the place, so please take these reviews and complaints seriously and hire people who are able to work with customers. If you are reading this and experienced something similar, file a complaint, not just accept the fact that they have rude service and pay for them more.

We had 2 basketball game here. Their guidance is the worst. Despite the expensive fee, our time was not guaranteed and I asked them to vacate the previous team's spot quickly, but the staff was very rude. Our paid time was start and he did nothing about it. This is truly the worst place. He is not 1% friendly. I never want to go there again. I hope report this to the owner and hope they change the staff.

Many machines, dumbbells and weights. All in good conditions and clean. I just missed a better ventilation system, because sometimes the smell is unpleasant, but it's not just the gym fault if you know what I mean...

Speaking mostly about the gym here - which is pretty great for its price. There’s dust in every corner you look at. The machines are in great condition though. I wish there were guidelines all around the gym, asking people to NOT use their cellphones while using a machine. As it’s a busy gym, it’s very impolite to stay on your phone between sets while there might be another person waiting on you. And 90% of the people I see there do that. The locker rooms are OK. You use the tag to lock, which is quite appreciated. But many don’t work. The showers are terrible. Some don’t have shower heads, and water oscillates between super hot and super cold. As for the sports facilities, I haven’t used them, but they look pretty great.
