Clean place with a lot of light, playground for small kids or smth like this, team is speaking English a bit

I ordered a book online and waited much longer than I supposed to only to finally leave the store with no book at all... I picked up my book after like a month and a half and when I left the store I thought to take a look into it. Not only the side of the book, but the entire inner part was water-damaged and full of mold! I brought it back immediately and the lady said "It's okay, I will take it back and the money will be transferred back in 14 days". Sorry, but its no OK! I paid for the service and I waited awfully long and I cant imagine that noone actually noticed that damage while preparing it for pick up. Not a single sorry (even if I know that most probably it was not the lady's fault I was actually talking to), has been said. I was told that if I want that book to be ordered again, I should do it online. I did, but not through Bookline. A disappoined customer

Unfortunately the books what I bought was a Bit damaged through humidity. AS I needed these two books exactly today I took them...one shop assistand promissed a discount but at the checkout they didnt give me a discount and sayd IT IS OK the condition of the books....But ITS Not OK actually...IT IS Not a new book like this...was in general not so friendly....

Great choice of interesting books primarily in Hungarian. The service is professional and attentive. The books ordered via Internet can be received here. Card payment is accepted. No special parking facility.

Huge variety but it's cheaper if you order in advance. Offers some new English language bestsellers and famous translated Hungarian novels.
