Simply a professional business with professional products. Texted them via e-mail for advice. They've called me back very soon. I've received professional advices and suggestions - I felt immediately, that they very well know, what they are doing. I've than ordered the paddles directly in the call and picked them up in the upcoming days along with a beautiful case. What can I ask for more? I am soo happy about the paddles (Braca XI)!!! They are just perfect for me. Blade size (760) fits just right and the handle is perfectly made for my hands (with shorter fingers). I am wondering how - beacuse handle diameter is probably same by all brands (?) - , but with other paddles it happend to me stimes, that my left hand slipped off the handle while paddling. With these, it never did. Don't ask me why. Anyway, I love these! Finally the right paddles I long needed for my K1. Btw. all the paddles I've used (Kajner, Jantex, Lettmann) I like the adjustment mechanism on this one the most. I can open it if needed on the water, without hurting my finger tip.
