Ádámmal 4 hónapon át dolgoztunk együtt, és nagyon elégedett vagyok a szolgáltatásával. 3 éve járok edzőterembe, de idén elértem az üvegplafont, és megállt a fejlődésem. Emiatt döntöttem úgy, hogy egy olyan szakemberhez fordulok, aki ki tud mozdítani a komfortzónámból. Ezt Ádámmal sikerült elérni: az utánkövetéses és naplózott edzéstervvel 10–15%-ot ugrott a teljesítményem az edzésgyakorlatokban. Csak ajánlani tudom, jó ember, és ért ahhoz, amit csinál.

10 csillag. Ha személyi edzőt keresel és feldobta a google Ádámot, ne is keress tovább. Több, mint egy évig jártam hozzá, csak ajánlani tudom!

Ádám az egyik kedvenc emberem lett! <3 Végtelenül profi, segítőkész, mindent elmagyaráz és ehhez ráadásnak még jó fej is. Egy gyors segítségre volt szükségem, és mindenben támogatott, minden kérdésre válaszolt és mivel betartottam minden szabályt, amit kért - a várt hatás nem maradt el. Nagyon hálás vagyok Neki és biztos vagyok benne, hogy folytatjuk!!! 💪🫶🙏

Best trainer I ever had! When you train with him, he pays full attention to you, and how you do things! Gives you the best advices and motivates you on another level! Can you recommend him! And his food plan and training plan gets you the results what you always wanted, obviously if you do it and keep to it!
