A Budai Mozgásközpontban Kisbakonyi Blanka gyógytornász fogadott. Nagyon összeszedett, óráról órára fokozatosan felépített "menetrendet" alkalmazott a gyakorlatok során. Voltak interaktív, gimnasztikai labdás feladatok is a gyógytornásszal, ami feldobta a foglalkozás hangulatát. Blankát pedig bátran merem ajánlani mindenkinek, ugyanis rendkívül ügyes, szakmailag képzett és nagyon kedves, odafigyelő, lelkiismeretes volt a foglalkozások során.

Még csak egyszer voltam de szerintem rendszeres látogató leszek amíg rendbe nem jön a műtött lábam. Az óra nagyon jó hangulatú Eszter kedves és közvetlen, a cuki kutyus pedig külön ráadás 😀 Ja és nem mellesleg lábra állni se bírtam másnap. A szó jó értelmében! Még a kislabujjamat is sikerült átmozgatni.

Gerinc stabilizáló tornára járok a Budai Mozgásközpontba. Ügyesek az oktatók, változatosan megmozgattatnak. Örülök, hogy megtaláltam Őket.

Nyak-hátmasszázs után a felüléstől egy hétig folyamatosan szédültem, táppénzre kényszerültem, orvosról orvosra kellett járnom. Itt érdemi segítséget nem adtak, problémás páciensként kezeltek, nagyon rossz tapasztalat. Ja, és korábban ezt ide kiírtam, amit kitöröltek.
