Very patient and kind staff member today. We were shipping a relatively simple package to Germany, but our Hungarian is like a (very young) child's would be. The staff member only spoke Hungarian but was more than willing to repeat, speak slowly, and even wait for us to use Google Translate when that didn't fully work out for us.

Four packages down. The operation was fast, but the 'babushka-style' oversight was in full swing—bossy, noisy, and nonsensical. It’s the kind of service where you’re treated like a chore rather than a customer. That familiar scent of employee burnout and misanthropy hasn't faded one bit; it’s a race to the bottom for standards.

They did a big effort to help me in English, translating everything using google translate although it was only one nice lady that bothered to help me the others were very rude and impatient. I had a very positive experience here, I sent my diploma to get it stamped from the ministry and I was so nervous but everything turned out perfectly.

Hungary changes their currency fast and my notes from last year trip is no longer in use. Have to visit the post office to change them to new currency. This postal office opened till v late. Came for shopping n dropped by. It is at level 3
