Budapest Car Park Holló

This is a private garage where people resell spots. Our parking spot was great, reserved space, plenty of room for a large SUV. However, getting in and out is pretty inconvenient. Not only is it on a tiny road full of pedestrians, but when you get there you have to get out of your car and open a lockbox to get the remote. The PDF they sent told me not to take the remote, so the lockbox is needed every time. This incudes when retrieving your car you have to walk the spiral driving path, and if you do try and take the staircase you get suck in there with no code for the door.

It was easy to book and the organisation at the parking is great. You don't have to worry about your car once you park it.

Extremely supportive and making sure the process is clear. I also messed up the dates booked and they help fix it without over charging the next day. Really great person managing the support on WhatsApp! Thank you again, you made my champions league final much less stressful

We used Budapest Car Park mainly because of the excellent location — for central Budapest, it is really spot on. The parking itself was not crowded, communication was seamless, and the booking/check-in process was easy and straightforward. Access for dropping off the car was smooth, and instructions for entry were clear. However, things became confusing after parking the car. There were basically no instructions on how to exit the parking area as a pedestrian or, more importantly, how to get back in later to pick up the vehicle. When returning, we discovered that all pedestrian entrances, stairs, and elevators were blocked and accessible only with a card, which guests do not have. We ended up having to reopen the lockbox, take the remote again, open the car entrance gate, and walk all the way down to level -3 on foot just to reach the car. This information is essential and should absolutely be communicated in advance. For such a premium price (we paid €33/day and only needed it for around 2 hours), the lack of clear exit/re-entry instructions was disappointing. Overall: great location, easy booking, not crowded — but important access information is missing, especially for first

Excellent parking garage in the city center of Budapest. The reservation process is very quick and easy – I completed everything online in just a few minutes. After booking, you receive a PDF with clear and detailed instructions on how to find the location, and enter the garage, which made everything very smooth. I also contacted customer support and received a fast and efficient response. Everything works perfectly – great organization, convenience, and overall experience. Highly recommende
