The business owner was super cooperative, I was given instructions over whatsapp and successfully checked in at 12AM. Rooms, shower, kitchen and everything was clean, the view and terrace - awesome. It's really a fruit garden. One minus was a couple of night mosquitoes in a closed room. I used a rented scooter to move around daily, but even after midnight it's ~10min walkable from a tram station.

I really liked the area itself, I know it because I grew up there. The nice guy working there is very helpful. The garden is beautiful and you can grill, which is important to me. If I travel to Hungary again, I will stay there.
