So we we‘re just stopping to eat something we were on the road for 10 hours and have still a few left we are not from Hungary so we obviously don’t understand the language when she was saying our numbers we obviously didn’t understand and the screen was not working properly. So please tell me why when we were asking in English if that was our number we just got an eye roll, a disgusted face some mumbling in Hungarian and a dismissive hand wave ? I’m sorry but I won’t learn your language for a 30 min stop. Even my friends were surprised by such a rude behavior. I don’t expect super friendly or hyper happy but please some normal human interaction. I’m happy to never go there again. And from previous reviews I can read that customer service is a problem In general (forgetting food or rude service) but there’s alway the same automated response and no change at all as it seems.

The staff make you wait even when the food is supposed to be prepaired. They probably manipulate their stats to make the service time seem quicker than it is.

Great food, most employees speak English as their second language, not crowded, our food was ready within 5 minutes, would recommend stopping by.
