I was just walking the streets to spend time before heading off to the airport. Stumbled upon this rather pretty cafe. Covered by the shade of the building it is in, it makes seating outside pleasant. It appears like the owner / proprietor / waiter / cashier is just one person, but he’s really nice and friendly too despite him being busy. I ordered the Bacon and soft egg Croissant and the Bakka cake. Delicious.

Best breakfest that we can imagine and best coffee we have drink in Budapest, weekend trip. Nice and really friendly climate that make you day. Good fresh and delicious food, accurate you wanted morning time. Really honestly we recommend.

I visited this place a little more than a week ago and had a very good cappuccino. The service was also friendly at that time, so I decided to come back again. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different and very disappointing. The coffee quality has clearly dropped. As you can see from the photo, the cappuccino looked poorly made. It was not only about the appearance , the taste was even worse. The coffee was extremely bitter and way too hot. Honestly, I could get a better coffee from a basic coffee machine. The barista’s attitude was also not pleasant this time, which made the experience even more disappointing. In the end, I had to throw away my 1190 forint coffee because I could not drink it.

We’ve been ordering breakfast from Caferol almost every day this past week and it’s just immaculate. They’re super generous with their portions. The staff is very friendly and even wrote us some notes thanking us for our support. On top of that the prices are great considering how high quality the food is. My husband and I have tried many breakfast spots all over Budapest, and this has easily become our favorite. I keep coming back for the chicken breast and ham sandwich, while my husband swears by the mozzarella pesto one I highly recommend everyone to check this place out and support it, you won’t be disappointed!

This place was wonderful, it was just by where we were staying for a few days. We went in on day one whilst waiting to check in and have been back everyday since. The breakfast is delicious and so are the sandwiches. The service is fantastic and Gabor treated us so well and even gave us great recommendations for our stay in Budapest! We would highly recommend
