Very poor customer service. The café was literally empty, yet Fere was openly rude, mumbling dismissively, and had a constant scowl on her face. She was also speaking rudely to other customers, not just us. This was one of the most unpleasant café experiences I’ve had in Budapest. Management should seriously address her attitude, as it reflects badly on the business.

We had breakfast in this cafe, and it was avarage at best - no seasoning, not big enough and pretty boring, simple. In the breakfast menu it wasnt even an option to get a classic european espresso, so i was forced to get brown water instead. Service was non existant - i had to get up and take my food and drinks. The menu was supposed to include orange juice, and we didnt even get it untill we asked for it at the end - Thanks! I am no snob, believe me, but i am used to some standard of european cafe´s - this place certainly didnt meet any!

Iced chai was much too sweet and watery 😅 Americano was also watery and expensive.. But we needed a place to work on a holiday and it was nice that they have bio milk, breakfast, and pastry selection tho we did not try. Staff was friendly, WiFi was reliable. Decor is cute and clean~

A lovely little coffee shop ☕️ The staff were genuinely friendly, the coffee and hot chocolate were really good, and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. A great spot to unwind. Would definitely visit again!
