Tisztelt CBA Kereskedelmi Kft.! A mai napon a Budapest XX. kerület, Mártírok útja 203.üzletükben vásároltam, ahol több, egymást erősítő probléma miatt végül a vásárlást félbehagytam. Már a belépéskor feltűnt, hogy a boltban kartonpapírok vannak a padlóra helyezve, ami kifejezetten balesetveszélyes, különösen idősebb, bottal közlekedő vásárlók számára. Ez a megoldás nem biztonságos, és erősen kifogásolható. A pékáru résznél egy ott dolgozó férfi a bevásárlókocsival elállta az utat, így sem én, sem egy idős hölgy nem tudtunk hozzáférni a termékekhez. Hosszú percekig látható volt a helyzet, mégsem történt semmilyen segítség vagy intézkedés. Végül csak nehezen, kerülgetve tudtam elvenni a kenyeret. A pénztárnál a pénztáros hibásan ütötte be a terméket, azonban ahelyett, hogy ezt normálisan kezelte volna, kiabálva hívott segítséget. Egy másik, feltehetően vezető beosztású dolgozó érkezett, aki kifejezetten durva és figyelmetlen módon lépett fel: egy idős, bottal közlekedő hölgyet félrelökve próbált a pénztárhoz férni, anélkül, hogy bármiféle figyelmességet vagy tiszteletet tanúsított volna. Amikor ezt szóvá tettem, nemhogy bocsánatkérés nem történt, hanem lekezelő, kioktató hangnem

A fekete hajú szemüveges(vezető lehet) hölgy előtt le a kalappal. Fiatal kora ellenére olyan higgadtsággal kezeli a konfliktusokat, a vásárlóval adódó problémákat hogy taníthatná a kollégáinak. Én is bele futottam abba hogy rossz ár volt kint ezt jeleztem a kasszánál. Az idős pénztáros hölgy természetesen felháborodott, és ki hívta ezt a szemüveges fiatal hölgyet. Aki elnézést kért és rögtön kártéríteni akart. Remélem a tulajdonos minden lehetőséget meg ad ennek a hölgynek hogy a boltot magasabb színvonalra hozza.

Mai napon amilyen szituációnak voltam szemtanúja ,felháborítónak tartom . A kedves kisasszony,(fekete hajú szája közepén piercing) botrányos módon viselkedett!!! a dohányboltos hölggyel ,akinek soha egy rossz szava sincs egy vásárlóhoz sem . ki jött a mosdóbol a trafikos lány és, el kezdett vele úgy kiabálni mint ha ő lenne ittazatyaúristen ! szörnyű volt végig hallgatni. mindennek le hordta szegény lanyt és 5 centiről kiabált bele az acában ,hogy rühellek mint a szart ,takarodj ki a boltból szöveggel illett. mélységesen elkeserítő ez a viselkedés . nem tartom reálisnak ,hogy egy ilyen nőnek nevezhető egyed itt dolgozzon . ez nem az első eset ,hogy így hallottam kiabálni vásárlókkal is . én ezekután még az üdítőt is a trafikba fogom megvenni .soha többet be nem teszem a lában ebben a boltban ,sem én nem a családom . nagyon tisztelenlenül viselkedett ,és kellemetlen is volt végig hallgatni!
