I wish I can give 0 stars, the exchange rate is so low than the other stores. There was a rude blonde old woman, she started screaming if I want to buy or sell after I clearly asked to exchange my 50 euros to huf.

🚫🚫DANGER🚫🚫 Avoid this exchange office. The lowest rate is offered here!! just across the signal near and in front of New York Cafe are 2 more exchanges which give way better rates than this. As a comparison I exchange EURO here against 360 HUF compared to 396 HUF as offered by other exchanges. I just lost nearly 4 EUROS for only 30 EUROS exchange!!!

WARNING! Avoid exchanging money here! This exchange office has the LOWEST rate in Budapest. For example, the USD exchange rate here is 340, while just across the street, near Lidl (upper Lidl store), the rate is 487! The difference is huge! They deliberately lower the rate to scam tourists and people who don’t check exchange rates in advance. Stay alert and don’t fall for this trap! Always compare rates before exchanging money.

The old female worker, who changed me money throughout my holiday, she was so rude and arrogant. She got pissed off to the point that when I asked how much I should have given her because I didn't hear what she had said, she answered: "Give me 90 HUF! Don't you know how much is 90 HUF?!" It shouldn't exist such a rude employee who acts and talk to customers like that.
