Meglepően gyors ügyintézés történt, kellemes ügyfélélményben volt részem, olyan elakadásomat is megoldották, ami miatt XV. kerületi fiókból át kellett jönnöm a XI. kerületbe. Máté kolléga mindenben tudott segíteni és megoldani. Ajánlom.

Egy csillagot sem adnék nekik. Felszámolták az egy éve megszüntetett eurós-számlám havi díját. Kb 45 ezret. Nem küldtek egyetlen sms-t sem a bejött pénzekről. előfizetésem volt pedig a szolgáltatásra, panaszomra levélben azt hazudták hogy 100-at küldtek. Amikor meg akartam szüntetni a számlámat, egy új kétes külsejű alkalmazottjuk azt mondta nekem hogy "csak akkor szünteti meg ha előbb a pénzemet átutalom egy alapítványnak." !!! Azóta is ott dolgozik a fickó. Senkinek sem ajánlom őket.

Jöttem áradozni. Mai nap, 2026.08.07-én jöttem számlát nyitni, mert tájékozódásomat szerettem volna biztosra tudni. Két bank között hezitáltam, de itt vannak a legjobb feltételek, díjak stb. Könnyen tudtam dönteni. Ketten is körbeugráltak, de nem megjátszottan, hanem valóban informatívak voltak. Aki észrevett, egy fiatalember volt és addig foglalkozott velem, amíg a fiatal kolléganője átvett tőle. Korábban én is "bankos" voltam, jól elbeszélgettünk. Mindkettejüknek pacsi.😉
