SENKI ne kössön náluk megtakarításos biztosítást! A költség elvonások az ígért 5% helyett 22,5%,- ra emelkedett. Megmagyarázni nem tudják. Pimaszul kommunikálnak, nem a feltett kérdésre válaszolnak csak hajtogatják a szabvány válaszaikat. Megteszem a további lépéseket az MNB- nél. Sajnos mínuszos csillagot nem lehet adni. Vigyázzatok velük.

Nekem nagyon jó véleményem van ! 2,5 év után egészségügyi okok miatt vissza kellett váltani az életbiztosításomat , Az első ügyintéző Úr segítőkész volt és udvarias . A postán kapott nyomtatványokat kitöltve visszaküldtem. Ezután egy Hölgy hívott fel és érdeklődött a visszaváltás miatt. Kedvesen érdeklődött és megbeszéltük . Az átutalt összeget hamar megkaptam , ami a kötéskor "tervezett " összegnél több volt . Grtulálok és nagyon köszönöm ! Ajánlani tudom !

Customer service is like they do a favour to you, mixed information. They change their “storyline” what documentation is needed. We have now the 3rd version, last Friday they told us what docs they need, who needs to come in person to sign since they need original signature. Yesterday we went to sign, needed another person to sign who was present & accepted all the docs for payment. Today they call need another person the sign. It’s a joke category!!! A person who paid for 10 years & also the person who was named in favour after expiry has no right!!! When u question when they return the money, in 15 days in vase u put your claim by the 30th of the previous month but first they need 30days to evaluate!!!! Return on investment??? Cumulative interest after 10 years is 1%!!! So u paid in total 6mill huf, after 10 yrs it is 6,180,000!!!! Not to mention the style of the customer service person! In person she almost kicked us out of her office than she called my Mother & fast forward made all the excuses why they don’t want to pay to the 89years of pensioner. At the end of the call also told her that it was recorded & will give it to her supervisor for review!!! The owner of the busines
