As a legally blind person, I had a very disappointing experience. The assistance offered was not helpful at all, and I was left completely alone. Because of poor organization, I missed my flight. International and European flights were boarding at the same time, with no clear priority, even though I had booked priority assistance. When I asked the counter staff for help and requested to be allowed onto the plane, they did not assist me properly. This situation was caused by the airport's poor handling of passenger assistance. As a result, I was forced to buy a new ticket at almost five times the original price. This additional expense was entirely due to the airport's failure to provide the assistance and support that had been requested. I also contacted the airline to request compensation, but they informed me that the responsibility lay with the airport. Unfortunately, the airport did not handle the matter properly either. In my opinion, if you are a person with a disability or special needs, you should arrive at least four hours before your flight because you cannot rely on receiving the assistance you have requested. Huge cinema beautiful always love coming here Not to cold I asked for English movie they gave me a local speaking movie My caramel Popcorn 🍿 was from the bag not fresh they only have cheese and salt
