Exceptional Event Planning by Cintia! ​Organising a birthday party at the iconic Café Gerbeaud in Budapest while living in Australia is no easy task, especially with guests flying in from five different countries. Cintia handled it flawlessly. ​She spent weeks meticulously coordinating every single detail—from the catering, invitations, and stunning decor to the AV services, photography, and videography. Thanks to her hard work and incredible attention to detail, the entire evening went perfectly without a single hitch. ​Myself and all of my guests had a wonderful time, and it will truly remain a memorable evening. Cintia planned our engagement event to perfection. Everything was waiting for us when we arrived in Budapest, The flowers and string quartet were exquisite and she booked the best seat in the house at the restaurant. I have approached Cintia with an ask to help organise a surprise evening for my wife’s 50th birthday As we live in the UK it’s hard to know what to expect when organising an event in another country Cintia organised everything meticulously from a car to pick us up, a photographer, locations, flowers, balloons and dinner I considered myself a man of details and I was still surprised with the level of details Cintia got too in order to make sure everything is perfect, she obviously stayed with us through out the evening to make sure that everything is working well My wife had a magical evening and everyone in the family enjoyed it a lot as well I’m so happy I’ve chosen to hire Cintia and didn’t try to book it myself
