Repeat customer for this facility. The kennel is conveniently located by Ferihegy Airport in Budapest for easy drop-off and pick-up. Don't forget your pet's EU Passport when dropping off. The staff is warm and friendly. If your dog has a favorite care provider (like mine does), they will meet your pet at the kennels' front door. Nothing but good things to say about this facility. Thank you, Marta and your wonderful care of Maria. Continued success and all my best, Loretta

Love this place so much. Everyone is super friendly, and our dog loves it here. There is a lot of space for the dogs with a beautiful indoor and outdoor area. Also, the professional and personal attention towards Sophie is great! Unfortunately, we had to pick our dog up because of an emergency at home, but we could've let our Cocker stay for a while since she is absolutely in love with the place. See you soon!

We could not be more thankful with CityPets! They have treated Crujito and James like they were their family. Crujito and James stayed at CityPets for a month and a half, the communication with the staff was very fluid, they answer all our questions and they report every week about the status of our dogs. The treatment to them excel and their price was very fair. Thank you for taking care of Crujito and James during this crisis, you have now a piece of our hearts!!!! We will undoubtly leave always our beloved dogs in your hands. We are sure that Crujito and James will miss you!
