Well, if you are really desperate and looking for accommodation at the absolute lowest price possible, this is the place. The rooms are extremely outdated, the doors are hard to lock, and the floors are dirty with various types of dead bugs. I have an allergy to dust and dust mites, and I really couldn't sleep well here (constantly stuffed nose and burning eyes due to all the dust that feels like it's been sitting there for 20 years). I stayed here with friends for 3 nights and the housekeepers didn't come once, though even if they had, I don't think anything would have changed. As for breakfast, it is really modest. What I found shocking was that there was no yogurt at all. That’s usually a staple at every hotel when you don't know what else to get, but here it was missing. The ham was in terrible condition—you had to worry you'd spend the rest of your vacation stuck on the toilet. If you ask, the chef will make you eggs... but other than that, it's really nothing special. The hotel's location is supposedly in the center, but it definitely wasn't. If you wanted to get to the city center, you had to ride the bus for a long time. Also, be careful which route you take to the bus st

Lack of air conditioning, lack of hot water in the shower, generally lack of water to drink (we had to buy it for like 3/4 euro). There was no towel for foot at first, old furniture, rusty bathroom fittings. We do not recommend this hotel at all, so I believe it's better to choose another one.

Excellent value for money. Basic, but if you're just looking for a base to sleep in comfort, then this is it. It's on the 'Buda' side of the Danube but walking to the 'Pest' side is enjoable. I would definitely come again.

It is the worst hotel I have ever been. The location says that it is close to city center with a bus, which is true, but in order to reach to the bus you need to walk ten minutes in the middle of nowhere and it was very hilly. The reception was weird, they didn't care much but the weirdest thing was they asked for our room keys whenever we left the hotel, which is so so so weird, I have never seen or heard anything like this ever before. You literally had to leave your keys to them when you leave. They can open the door anyway because the doors are so old they are decaying. Our rooms smelt like caterpillar or decaying organic matter, it was even worse than the smell that was coming from the bathroom. Bathroom had a drain in the middle of the room, it still had water and hair and smelt awful, we needed to stop breathing. The sheets were incredibly dirty, we had to use our clothes as a pillowcase. We were scared of bed bugs but were also afraid to check. Since the doors are so bad, we had to put chairs in front of the door, jusr in case someone tries to break in and we weren't wrong because the cleaning ladies tried to break in. One day, me and my friend were watching videos and the

Stayed here in september 2025. I highly disagree with the other reviewers, our room was not at all dirty. The room was clean and generally ok. Customer service clearly isn't the passion of the guy that works the night desk, but that's ok. Check in was fine and everything was explained properly. Breakfast was ok. The cook was very friendly. The hotel does sell beer and snacks but our minifridge was empty. The hotel lobby doesn't really have a 'let's sit and have a drink' vibe. My only point of feedback would be to change this.
