I had a great experience at Copyguru. I needed to print out company brochures and Ms. Barbara assisted me with everything and spoke great English. Will definitely come here again.

I love the inclusivity that they hire people with disability, like mute or deaf on conditions - when greeting in their own language (Hungarian) they don’t respond or pretend to not understand for some reason. The moment a Hungarian person walks in, their disability is magically healed immediately, gaining back their ability to talk (“Hello”, “Szia”) and smile.

They are incredibly helpful and kind, the man behind the counter was Zoltan, he took the time to explain to me that there is a “self print” option where I can log in to their computers and print my stuff myself and that would cost me less. Very professional 👌🏻

They quoted 19000 Forints for 4 pieces of 99cmx4cm size, B&W paper prints on 180g paper ! When I complained and asked for standard 80g paper , they quoted 3140 Forint for these 4 strips of paper! I went to CopyGeneral and the did print it instantly, on site for 889 Forints! So CopyGuru is 3.5x more expensive than CopyGeneral at Móricz while the rent fee at Móricz is 4x! See the proof attached as photos! Print are from CopyGeneral! I liked CopyGuru for over a decade because of their budget prices and quick solutions for everything while recently they fired their veteran staff and their prices are outrageous! 😡and they no longer have the expertise they had, staff is confused when asked about synthetic material etc.
