Had to stay in line for more thab half an hour to be able to pay a 40ft worth printing

Decent quality printing if you don't mind the rude staff acting like privileged kids. Went to print 700 pages. The day before when I enquired, the woman was very helpful . Unfortunately, only another woman was available when I returned. She was ready to print my documents (you have the option for them printing for you or self-service), but as soon as I mentioned the number of pages, she made up an excuse why I have to print it myself. As I didn't want to argue, I just started printing. Of course the printer had jamming issues, low toner, basically all the issues you could imagine. Everytime she needed to come and help me, she was visibly getting more and more annoyed. When I've finally finished, I politely waited in line while the staff were with other customers. The same woman looked at me and said, I can pay. I told her I need other services and anyway I don't wanna butt in when there are other customers before me. Then she said to me: ok if you wanna wait longer, just wait. Staff only became polite after I paid. It looks like manners are only available after a certain price here. At least they did a decent job with the printing and offered a competitive price. Hence the 2 stars

What you would except from a copy shop. Also staff member helped me even setting up some software based printing settings for the self-service machine, which isn't obligatory. Prices are decent for customer printing.
